Was going to take up a talk & text 700 plan which involves 3 cashbacks.
Has anyone any experience of either?

There's a few threads on here (uk.t.m) regarding them - try a Google
Groups search to pull them up. Looks like p2u do pay up eventually but
a number of folks have had to threaten them with legal action to get the
cash (presumably some people also got paid without a problem but I
suppose you don't hear about them as much!).
Cheers

BMP.net have paid up on my two contracts without much hassle. Thay alsp pay
via BACS so no cheques to deal with. But they do take their time to pay -
they take the full 8 weeks from receipt of your claim, but they do pay!

Phones2U = rip-off. I haven't had 2 cashbacks from them. No response to
queries. I'm going to have to go down the small claims route, but I've got
a lot of other crap going on at the moment.
Steer clear.

You just need to send them a "Letter Before Action" - that does the trick!

True, I did this, giving them 14 days. On the 14 day, a cheque arrived!
Still, wouldn't use them again.

Thanks for the advice - I'll get something out to them next week.
