hi guys, i got a contract phone with e2save in October. After using th
phone for 3 days, it 'crashed' on me, so i called (waited on the lin
for like bloody forever) them and arranged for an exchange. They tol
me to send 'everything' back to them via Special Delivery. I did a
told, sent the phone, charger, memory card etc (which i had confirme
with them). A couple of days later, i got the replacement phone...alon
with...NOTHING ELSE!! how am i supposed to use my phone without at leas
a charger??? I have since written to them (snail mail as well as emails
so many times so much so that i am sick of repeating myself. But i stil
got no reply from them. I am sick of calling them because i usually hav
to wait in line for at least 20 mins and i just haven't the time. WHa
should i do now? i am requesting them to give me a refund for the lin
rental i paid for in Oct and Nov since i could not switch on my phon
for one whole month, all the while waiting for them to solve th
problem. but other than that, what can i do? i know its as simple a
getting a charger myself, but i am really annoyed with their custome
service and thanks to their 'advice' i have 'lost' my memory card
charger, all Sony Ericsson related instruction booklets! They just gav
me back a bare phone with nothing else! I am really unhappy with them s
much so that i am thinking of cancelling my contract. Am at my wits end
I've tried their so called customer service so many times that it
costing me a bomb since i am a student. Please advice

I have also had problems with e2save customer services, they ar
difficult to get hold of and refuse to escalate your call when you ar
not satisfied, you have to request a manager to call you back in thre
days!!!! . They are keen to sell you a phone and their deals ar
attractive but their customer services are terrible.
I have succeeded in getting satisfaction by phoning the car phon
warehouse main switch board 020 8896 5000 and speaking to someone i
customer support who can escalate a call if necessary. They seem t
have authority over e2save and managed to sort the problem I had
