Whats Voda WAP content like compared with Orange?

(I'm thinking of ditching O because of their slow but significant removal of
services that made O what they once were).

You'll love Voda then, they don't slowly remove services.
They either don't offer them in the first place, or remove them without
warning like inc 0870, or those they do inc are over charged for like 12p text.
