O2 3G Sims

Can you go into a O2 store to get a 3G sim for your 3G phone. I recently got
an upgrade to an SE K800i from O2 but they didn't bother to send me a 3G sim
with the handset so i can't get access to the 3G features.

I did, but the shop failed to active it, despitre trying on 3 different
occasions. I ended up calling CS who at least mangaged to do so.
