setting up email on sony K750i

I am trying to setup email on my Sony Ericsson K750i but am stuck on one of
the settings.

Where it says "connect using" I don't know what option to use.

Kicking out the contract options as I am on pay&go, I have the following
left...

PAYT WAP
PAYT INTERNET
WAP CSD

Which of these do I need please? The Sony website is of no help, nor is the
manual.
Email settings are that of my own domain if that is of any use. I know the
other settings, just not this particular one.

PAYT internet, as you wish to access the internet :-)

Thanks. Sorry if it seemed obvious, but I wasn't sure whether to use wap or
internet :-)
