Well, I did wonder why they were setting up a new name if they were closing

I sometimes get similar messages supposedly from Orange on a number I
ported out a year ago.

I'm getting messages about my balance going -ve, 3 days after the texts
were made. Topped up yesterday to make my -ve balance +, after my last
texts on Friday, then I've gone -ve again today without doing anything
I guess there's a delay in the system, but how long does it take for
these things to come through. I don't want someone chasing me up for my
-ve amount when my account is closed
