Hi,

I seems to remember reading somewhere that Orange started charging for text
delivery reports. Is this true? I am on Orange PAYG.

yesterday!

they have for contract customers. Dont think Pay as you go though.

The new pay-monthly tarrifs attract a 1p charge for SMS delivery report.
Legacy tariffs and PAYG are not affected.
