I'm on the Anytime 50 tariff, however i'm being charged for calls to
certain mobile networks that should come under my allowance: virgin
mobile - 07905 816 xxx, and 07917 565 xxx - which I think is T-Mobile.

This happened last month, and I phoned up CS and they credited the
difference to my account, but I don't really want to have to do this
every month :(

Is there a customer services email address that actually works? Has
anyone else had this problem?

I thought the Anytime tariff was only anytime to O2 or landlines only,
not any network....  So they were correct in charging you as those
calls were to non-O2 mobiles.  The CS bod probably didn't know this
tariff properly and so recredited your account.

Possibly, however calls to a Vodafone number were marked as free - 07900
900 xxx

But you could use 0844 callthrough numbers to reach Uk mobiles - look
for discountdial, phonecheap, or 0844calls

In fact you can reach foreign mobiles for part of the day

I wonder how all this hangs together now, given number portability means
you can no longer guess which network you're calling...

I have a PUFFL off peak. You can only call  geo landlines, 0870,0845,
0808,0800 and O2 mobiles as inclusive. ALL other numbers are charged
as off-net or at some inflated charge.
