This Orange charge for itemised billing..........

I'm on a T-Mobile EQ plan (which, allegedly, shouldn't attract an
itemised billing charge seeing as the plan is a price-match jobby).

My 12th bill now shows this charge at 85p + vat.  Never appeared
before.

Is this an oversight or are Orange trying it on?

TMobile have charged for itemised billing for a while.
