Virgin Mobile seem to have updated their database and completely buggered it
up - so ALL customers are being asked to register their details again.
At the moment the emails from their internal system are bouncing back, then
being answered and error messages arriving!
Virgin is in a right mess, so i would suggest customers check their bill
closely.
At the moment customer services can't change account details either.
So if you want to order anything or view your account I wish you luck. I
certainly wouldn't be happy leaving personal info with them at the moment.
Either the site was hacked and details stolen, or there has been a serious
problem. Virgin are not saying much at the moment.
