How do I find O2's call charges?

I have a monthly contract with O2 which goes back some years now. I thought
it would be interesting to find out what the actual call charges are these
days (outside any free minutes) for uk and international calls, so I went to
the O2 website to try and find the answer!

Search as I might I could not find this information, and even a 'contact us'
message did not yield the answer (in fact, it was totally unhelpful!).

Can anyone point me to the right place please?
