The Three network offered E61 with TomTom sounds too good to be true - a
smart phone, TomTom software and a GPS receiver for about £50 plus £30 a
month line rental (with reduced rate for 6 months).

Does anyone know what the best non cashback deal is for this package?

You expect cashback aswell? How do you think they are funding the
Tomtom? I doubt there's much left over from that.

Some deals provide cashback instead of reduced line rental. Some deals
provide 3 months reduced line rental and others 6 months. Some vary
according to price plan. Some companies want to compete for custom and so
offer better deals than others.
