GSM Optimisation Courses

I am currently looking for a course in GSM Optimisation but am finding
it difficult to find decent training centres in the UK. Does anybody
have any suggestions. I would be greatful for any help.

Sorry, can't help with this but out of curiousity - what the hell is
'GSM Optimisation'?
What such courses are supposed to teach?

GSM Optimisation is basically changing the settings for each BTS in
order to get the network running at it's most efficient state. It
involves changing settings, panning antenna's and a lot of drive
testing.
