Orange are getting shitty with their customers. Two years ago a mate of mine
was talked into going on contract with them because he needed a new handset.
They told him he could have a contract at £15pcm which would give him so
many free minutes and each year he could have a free upgrade - so he did.
Because he's a plumber, he mainly has a phone to recieve calls, and this
year when he rang for his 'free upgrade' they told him he couldn't have one
because he hadn't used the phone very muc for making calls.
He accused them of going back on their promise - what promise? they said -
so he went through to the cancellations dept. told them why, Oh dear, they
said sorry to loose you

Great PR!!
