Vodafone 2345 & 191 not connecting

Trying to top up.

Dialing 2345 I get a ringing tone (twice) and then the line hangs up.

Same with 191.

Tried the SIM in two phones.

The SIM calls other phones (and they call it) no problem.

Something broke at Vodafone?

There is currently a fault on the network. You can also call Vodafone
from a landline on 08700 700191. CS will be able to give you more
information on the fault

HLRB and HLRV are currently broken, try calling from a
landline to see if you're one of the customers affected.
