Well it seems as though I will be getting my day in court after phones2u
have contested my small claims action

This is over their failure to honour my cashback agreement

I know there are many other phones2u customers on these sites

Please feel free to add your experiences with phones2u on my blog, which may
make the process easier for those of us who have to take this to court

isn't it their cashback agreement.

they will probably do as the Pope did when he was due a visit to the UK to
give a talk on contraception............he pulled out at the last second.
