WTF ! Orange Online Bill tech support 50p /minute

Like I'm going to pay that when it's their fault my online bill doesn't work

Orange really are getting worse and worse :(

Sounds like it might be worth doing a subject access request to them
under the Data Protection Act - get all the documentation you need for a
maximum fee of £10

This might be a silly question but how will this help with an online
bill?

They need to provide all information held on the subject - and you then
have any errors or discrepancies in print.
