Help,

I sent a SMS earlier this morning and all of my messages have now been wiped
from my phone, and the settings have reverted back to factory setting.
What's gone wrong and how can I fix this?  Are the messages gone for good
now?

Thanks

Jason

Looks like the phone has done a reset, someone else may have something
more specific to say on that. What I would say is install some
software on your computer to back up your phone.
The software supplied with the K800i, in my view is crap. I spent
hours trying to get it to work for a friend with little sucess.
I can  definitely recommend  MyPhoneExplorer

For me it installed very quickly and worked immediately with the lead
supplied wth the phone. Set the phone to 'phone mode' not 'file
transfer' mode.
Remove 'no_spam_' from email address.

SOunds like the phone has hard-reset itself. I doubt you could get the
messages back.
