Can the Nokia E65 do Video Calls. Some reviews suggest it can but it does
not seem to have a forward facing camera.

It can do video calls but nobody can see your face, as you say there is no
forward facing camera. What Nokia were thinking making a 3G phone with no
forward facing camera is anyone's guess.

6300 also 3G but no front-facing camera, 6630 also.

Nobody does video calls, 3G is for data transfer.
