The old voice was Jane somebody, not Juliet Stevenson. The new voice is
someone called Ruth Gibson.

But .......... why couldn't we have someone that spoke 'proper English', or
at least, as Orange is based in the North East, maybe a Geordie?

Registered office is Bristol, the Bristol accent is quite nice I
suppose!
