Thanks to all who recommended that I get this phone. Arrived today

Just one question:

In regard to the video format, assume this is MP4 - what software tool do I
need to convert AVIs on my PC to a format that is readable on the phone?
What is QCIF btw?

You need an MP4 encoder. There areplenty about.

It's a screen size, I think it's half-VGA, ie 320x240? Not sure though.

Thank you. I have downloaded an AVI to MP4 converter. Give it a whirl
