Hi,
I am trying unsuccessfully to connect to T-Mobile 3g (HSDPA) I have tried it
on two phones different models and manufacturers with PAYG sims.
Both state a good 3G connection but get stuck on <Locating> when I try to
navigate to a site.
I am pretty sure the problem is with the service not the phones - has it
something to do with having PAYG Sims?
Anyone else have similar problems with T-mobiles 3G service?
I am in the London area and clearly "covered" by T-mobiles 3G.
Do they have capacity problems?
Are any other providers better?
TIA

It worked fine for me last time I needed it with these settings:
APN: general.t-mobile.uk
Account name: user
Password: mms
If you aren't using a T-Mobile UK branded phone you may need to
type this in somewhere.

Have you got a real T Mobile Broadband PAYT Sim,
and not a normal one?

Are you sure that isn't a con?
According to T-Mobile you just need a standard PAYG sim.
What do others have?
