Three Add Internet Max

I just went back on a Three contract, having been away for 18months (500 mix
and match). I was only really after the "unlimited" internet access from my
handset, so also included £5 per month "Add Internet Max".

Anyway, the contract started on Saturday 12th Jan, and yesterday, whilst
viewing a news headline vidoe from the BBC on the handset, Three sent me a
text telling me I had gone over the fair use policy and that to continue to
download data would mean I could be cut off.

Having looked at the fair use policy, it says I can use up to 1GB per month,
probably miles more than I will need. My phone data logger showed 11mb to
that point since Saturday

Do I have a different limit for streaming video/radio than the overall
browsing limit. Does this mean I could never use Orb and stuff like that,
even with "unlimited" web use?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

Call them. Orb is treated differently on X-Series in that you have to have
X-Series Gold at £10 per month to use it, not sure about your add-on.

Cheers.

Just sussed skype for free too, so it is looking like not a bad deal all in
all.
