The reply address is a spam trap. All mail is reported as spam.

It's not a problem to me, as most of the people I know are aware that when
I send them a message from the Orange website they can't reply directly,
but a lot of people automatically hit "reply" without thinking, such
messages will simply disappear into the ether (and probably get charged
for into the bargain..!)
If you make your recipients aware they can't just hit "reply" then it's a
very useful facility.
