This allows international calls for the price of the call. So basically it
comes out of your call bundle if you call off peak.

Also if you subscribe to T-Mobiles international option for £2.99/month you
get reduced rates on calls.

i.e. calls to both landlines and mobiles in the republic of Ireland cost
15p/min.
This actually means its cheaper at peak time for me to ring my brothers
mobile in Ireland, than to ring my wifes mobile(shes cross network) in the
UK, crazy.
