There should be "NO" requirement for the sender to enter their own mobile
number in order to send a free SMS. Read the terms and conditions about why
you do this! It's for premium rate spam SMS to be sent to your phone in
full support of mobile companies as they take a cut.
I would avoid that site completely, but thanks for SPAMMING and letting
everyone know to avoid it!
I notice you were using the word "offer" instead of "allows" - there is a
difference.

I take it you missed the footnote that reads "the recipient will have the
option to pay £5 to read the message"
Heaven alone knows what they do with the mobile numbers and email
addresses they harvest from the "address book" not to mention the text of
the messages themselves
