I have a Samsung D600E on Orange PAYG. Does anyone know if it's
possible to unlock the phone for use on Vodafone or O2?

Many thanks

I have just unlocked my wifes Orange phone (Motorola L6) by going to
'Mobile Phone Unlocking + Flashing Equipment, Unlocking + Debranding
Service, Cables, Tools, Accessories, Unlocking Service, Firmware
Upgrade' (http://www.fonefunshop.co.uk/)
it cost £15, got an automated email back, then less than 4 hours later
went onto the link that was sent in the original email and saw that
there was the code ready for use.
Good instructions and put in a very long set of numbers 20 or so no
gaps and hey presto it was unlocked, really pleased at the service!!!
