Just received a text from 3 saying i've exceeded their data fair usage
policy.

I'm on xseries silver which has a 1gb fair use limit. Can't see that i've
come anywhere close to that, the phone counter shows only 123mb.

Anyone had spurious warnings from 3 that bear no relation to their actual
usage?

'3' Customers experience their standards of customer service - this is an
early warning to you...

Oh shut up for once. I've been a perfectly happy customer of 3 for over two
years now. Customers of all networks experience bad customer service and
issues. 3 are no worse, and no better, than the others. Your constant
bashing of 3 is pathetic and quite frankly tiresome.

I'd beg to differ. I've had phones from all the networks over the
years and 3's customer services are the worst I've experienced.

Having said that:
- I'm generally a happy 3 customer, as I have little need to talk to CS.
- they are improving, very slowly
- the others are getting worse, slowly

With 3 you just have to hope that things don't go wrong.

regards, Ian

Before I was with 3 I was with Orange for 8 years. Their crap CS is the main
reason I left. Still kept a OVP Virgin SIM though in order to remind myself
once in a while of how crap they were.

When I moved house it took one simple phonecall to 3 to change my address.
It took Orange 3 attempts to do the same thing.
