Anyone tell me the difference between a Siemens C35, C35e and C35i?

Nothing, except maybe colour and some slight firmware difference but I don't
think its even that.

the e is just the orange version.

Its irrelevant which it is (except the e will prob be orange locked?) as
they are dual band anyway.
