Hi, I got an usb sim card reader and I want to save my short messages
to the pc. Can you suggest a good software? I tried GSM Sim Editor
(Sim Editor V 5.15) but it's not that good.
I also gave a look at Data Doctor Recovery Sim Card but it doesn't
suite me.

Any ideas?

Thanks, John

What sort of phone have you got? You might be better off with a
cable/bluetooth/IR connection and use the phone's PC-Suite software (if
available for your make/model of phone).
Would mean that you don't have to keep removing the SIM card from the phone
everytime you want to do a backup...

I got a Vodafone 715: it has bluetooth. Is there a phone manager
similar to Nokia Pc Suite that works with other brands?

thanks, J

Think most of the 'big' brands have somthing similar - Sony Ericsson,
Motorola etc. not sure about the Vodafone715 though... is it something else
with a Vodafone brand stuck over it, or what? I guess you'd have to talk to
Vodafone and ask what(if anything) is available for that phone...

HUAWEI 715: there should be a sort of "pc assistant" online, but can't
find it. I got a similar one but won't work... :\
