Hi all,

Is anybody using Skype on web'n'walk Plus over 3G or HSDPA? The
quality that I get is very poor and I wondered if this was because of
T-Mobile offering preferential QoS to HTTP in an effort to force
upgrade to web'n'walk Max for Skype users.

I'm happy to upgrade to allow me to use Skype, but don't want to pay
the extra unless it will be of a decent standard.

Cheers,
Mark

Using VOIP on web'n'walk Plus is against the T & C's.

Old protocols never die.  They just get migrated over TCP/IP.

Thanks Phil, I know that :) I was only trying to evaluate Skype before
upgrading - but at the moment, I can't see why to have the other plan
unless I know that it has a chance of working.

Perhaps I should have asked ... is anyone using Skype over web'n'walk
Max ???

All I want to know is if T-Mobile are doing anything to prevent it on
Plus.

Cheers,
Mark
