Yet again we have a bill from T-Mobile with a couple of quid on which we have not spent. Calls to 0845 & 0800 numbers and today's bill has a call to the speaking clock. Any one else finding this? Why not complain? It'll cost them far more to sort out and might provide them with enough incentive to find a long-term solution. My 18 months is up in July and I will cancel. First time with T-Mobile and I wll stick to Three where I have several others with them on contracts. Depends when you took out the contract, it was included and then they stopped doing so from memory about August /September last year. Some are and some are not, they changed the T&C's so it depends when you took out the contract.
