When in a call, the handset speaker works intermittently, but when put on loudspeaker, everything is heard perfectly. Is this a common problem with this model? Back up all of your stuff on it then take it back and get it swapped over. If you have a Nokia Service Centre near you then take it there. Interesting - it seems to only work intermittently (necessitating loudspeaker) when in calls with one person, but in the case of other people I make and receive calls to, it works without problems.
