I've been repeatedly trying to call OCS this evening. Every time I get
through the automated menus to be put in the queue, I get cut off.
This happens nomatter which number I call, or from which phone/
provider. I've tried going through Sales on 0800 0790440, but the same
thing happens.

Anyone else having a problem?

It does do this rather often.

I've found that if i withold my number it cuts me off; if I call back
not witholding it tends to work. Whether thats just co-insidence or
not I don't know??

Yes, then if you are lucky between 8am and 10pm you might get an India CS
who has no idea at all.

Fortunately the exec office is still handling complaints.
(poor bastards must be snowed under, they are still sorting out mine)
