arrggh - help!

I've synchronised my N 6120c using PC suite but accidentally synched it the
wrong way - clearing all my calendar on my mobile. It's in the N PC suite
log as deletions but how do I get it back on my phone or my pc.
Quick, help!

Copy it out of your recycle bin into some folder.

Use that to copy back to the Nokia.

Do NOT restore it directly unless you can arrange some flash drive to be
where the Nokia was.
