The usual reason a phone isn't avaialble on a particular network is
becuase that network have decided not to stock it.

As it is unlikely that the person responsible for handset purchasing decisions at T-Mobile reads this news group I think you might be better directing your question elsewhere.

I know Orange did, in 2004 Orange exec office emailed me
to ask me not to publish my Orange depts list on here
