About a week or two ago I noticed Dial A Phone was doing a deal on a T610 for
free on the T-Mobile Freetime 750 Tariff and it was an online offer only up
until
the 5th January. Well, I thought I wait until after Christmas and order it in
the new year, I thought as long as I ordered it before the 5th I would be ok.
Well, checking on the website now it seems they have got the same phone and
tariff but now you have to pay £49.99 for the phone.
I phoned up their number and spoke to customer services and told them but they
didn't seem interested, in fact it seemed that she wasn't interested in taking
orders at all judging by the tone of her voice.
I have no proof but I wonder if the ASA would have been interested if I did.

That's heartening. It is so common for companies to be helpful at the
sales stage, but not interested once they have your money.
Dialaphone have a reputation for the latter, so maybe in the interests
of consistency, they are not being interested in sales either.
At least you had a lucky escape!
