I don't know. If it is a make and model they do supply, and you use it regularly, possibly. I'd check IIWY. But what sort of a handset is worth paying £60 per year to insure? Remember you pay the first £15 of any claim, and you could get a second-hand replacement instead. Even if not, emergency care is probably a better bet, unless you expect to make more than one claim in the year.
