Can anyone who own one of the above phones tell me what the main differences
are between the two models (apart from the price)?

dfdsa
I don't own either at the moment, but can say that the major differences
are as follows:

Redesigned casing
T630 has a TFT screen visible in daylight, T610 has STN which isn't.
T630 has extra resolution but it's done by s/w interpolation so not much
use.
T630 has Buddies feature, like an MSN thing for phones, but only works if
the network supports it.

Those are the ones I know of anyway...

Don't own both though, but...
AFAIK, it's just an improved screen and a different phone housing.

Camera is also supposed to take better pics, although the hardware is
the same...
