Praise for Voda retail!!

The touch screen on my P900 froze this morning, everything else worked but
the screen was unresponsive. Re-booted the phone but the problem persisted.
Full of forboding I took it back to the retail outlet where I bought it
(about 2 months ago). They had a quick look at it and then 'Yes Sir, no
problem. I'll order you a replacement now and it'll be here in about a week'
An outstanding result! I fully expected to have it sent of for repair and to
get lumbered with a grotty loan handset.

It makes a nice change to be able to report excellent service :-)

Please report back in a week and confirm they didn't mislead you.

LOL, got it in writing on the back of a business card signed by the manager.

My faith in my Voda was not misplaced. The phone was replaced within 48
hours :-)
