After calling at 8am & being told the Grade 'B' Stock department opened
at 9am, I called at 9am. The item I wished to purchase was gone - sold
10 minutes earlier! Why? Because "there happened to be someone in the
office 10 minutes early"!

Bugger me - that's frustrating!

"Expansys - ignore the opening times - just keep a-tryin'!"

My bet is a member of staff bought it, internal job, nothing you can
do! :)
