message settings called the title of this thread

So if you specify a number there how can you send to anyone else..? If you
have to erase the number every time you want to do this there's not much
point..! Useful if you only ever send to one person I suppose but how many
of us are like that..?

The recipient field in filled in with the default number and you
either change it or confirm to send.
