If you ask them nicely then the answer will almost certainly be "no" -
however, with a bit of hard-nosed negotiation and a few threats to leave
for another network thrown in for good measure you mileage may vary.

FWIW - I got 4 people onto this tariff (with free itemised billing) a
number of months back, 2 with a free T610 upgrade and 2 with a free
6310i upgrade.

The golden rule is that the networks will never offer more than they
feel they have to to keep your business so their best deals are always
kept in reserve for those who push hard enough and show they mean to
carry out their threat to leave (usually by requesting their PAC code).
