Last I looked the NEC 606 had a default code of 00000 (e.g. 5 zeros)

Might be wrong, but I think that the E606's BT only works with
headsets, not to a PC?

No, your right, you can only bluetooth with a headset

No, he's wrong. Can only bluetooth with a PC, and then afaik, only for
dataconnect (which the network doesn't yet support).  When it comes to pc
sync, the phone asks for a password you choose a password and then, as long
as you enter the same password on the phone and the pc, you'll be fine. Can
change password every time. Best to connect via bluetooth if you're trying
to sync contacts, etc though (just to be sure't use). Def can't use
bluetooth headset with phone, incase you're considering parting wth money
after advice in earlier posts.
