Can the blackberry update email over the air like the Treo 700w and Moto Q?
I don't want to use the email redirector but want it automatic.

I think you have to have a blackberry server to avoid the redirector.   When
my company first started furnishing email capable mobile phones they
purchased blackberries ... but have switched to WM5 devices because they
work out of the box with our Exchange server.  The people with the
blackberries use the redirector and also have to manually manage email on
the berry which I see as a major inconvenience.
