Are there any rumors or fact of impending improved verizon service in
eastern ky--which doesn't exist unless NSR plan??

I know they acquired fucken licenses for KY, it would be nice for vfuck
and alltel to get some digital service there, or even some sort of
analogue extended network roaming.
