7:00 AM and from 7:00 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday.

The free nights and weekend on my plan begins at 2101 weeknights and ends
0559.  Weekends begin at 0901 Fri and ends 0559 Mon.  I may be off by a
minute or two.

He was trying to appear cool using "2400" time. Yo, I can count to 24.

It's called "military time," and many of us use it in the military,
in medicine, and various other places.

It's not a matter of being cool, it's what we're used to.

Norton,

I agree with you, but it is not really "military time."  It is called
the "24 hour clock" and most of the world uses it, except the US.

Not an argument, just a friendly discussion...

From your link:

"The 24-hour notation is in the US and Canada also referred to as military time,"
