Now I have it installed, however, I am still useing the settings for
ATT Global as I have not discontinued that in my office.
The outgoing server for Verizon, outgoing.verizon.net does NOT work,
I am afraid to try and call Verizon, they do not have a direct
number for internet help, only a more general one. TV seems to be
fine, phone is no problem as of now.
I am in Murphy, Texas

This is totally, completely, utterly offtopic for the Verizon Wireless
newsgroup, but Verizon Online DSL tech support is at 888-649-9500, and if
they don't also support FiOS, they'll be able to tell you where to call for
support on that service.

Verizon Online support is OK. I don't like calling the Telco side of the
company.

**SJS (but now I have Charter for cable TV, cablemodem and telephone,
so I don't need to call Verizon at all! :>)

While off topic I'd rather see this topic than some of the other crap
being posted here.

Once you get through their endless automated prompts and get to speak
to a live technician their support for FIOS TV and internet is
excellent.
