One item;
If you don't do web browsing, or anything else with your phone besides
making/getting calls, note; EV-DO capability may cause a drop in your
battery life. Should you be "just a phone user" (no data), AND you notice
your battery going dead much more quickly than before, there is a way to
disable EV-DO and solve the battery problem. It's done via the keypad (no
cables or software or anything) and takes about 30 seconds. It's a
well-known problem, with a well-known solution.

Wow...this one was easy. I had intentions of disabling EV-DO but
thought you had to go through a seem edit to do it. Even without it, my
Weatherbug app works fine, and everything else I do is phone or SMS.
I'm looking forward to seeing how well my battery hangs on now.

I think my phone is eating the battery under the EV mode. Is this the
link to the correct dirctions for turning it off in favor of 1X?
