Windows Explorer ..  find picture you want to send..
  right click  ...
  on menu  send to
  left click on mail recipient

  This should bring up a pop up  with a choice to :
      make my pictures smaller...
  or you can click on more options to pick the size you want it reduced
to...

  ALso  can we setup and use your clothes dryer ..
